I have been waiting for my damage deposit cheque, my lease ended April 2017, it's now September 2017, I managed to actually get a hold of a human being in August on the phone and they said the cheque was being processed at the bank, it's been over a month so of course if you want anything done at this place you have to start the communication, so I've been calling- and I feel as if they're screening my calls, as no one will answer my emails or my phone calls and I just want my money back- if you're a struggling student like me, I wanted to pay this forward and warn you.

The staff here is quite rude, they only ever give the response "I don't know," and are afraid to ask management for an actually answer, my bathroom door had no locks on it at the beginning of my lease (only girl living with 2 guys), they didn't bother to fix it for 3 months and after 2 maintenance requests and a visit to the office.

The garbage room always gets piled up and smells, the elevator is always broken so living on the 5th floor is exhausting, there is NO Internet in the COMMON areas, they turn it off when you move in so you have to buy wifi, pets ARE ALLOWED, even though it says on their website they are not, so if you have allergies bring your meds. The heating fan is so LOUD you can barely hear anything in the apartment, but the thin walls at night definetly let you hear your neighbors, I highly regret this place and can't even wash my hands with it because I'm waiting for my damage deposit, hope you all save your money and sanity and find somewhere happier and more welcoming

Horrible place to live especially considering its called “luxury living”. Paint on walls are only one coat and most of the corner of the walls paint started crumbling off on its own. Bathroom had a major leak causing water from upstairs to pool into the light fixture and burnt out the light. This could easily cause an electrical fire which was already what happened two years ago when the entire building burnt down. Bathroom seat came unattached. Paid for furnishing and they gave desks that took up so much space I couldn’t even open the bedroom closet door. Washer leaks when in use and when we got the unit the dryers hot air exhaust was completely unattached which heated up our room. Ceiling has cracks here and there. They didn’t allow us to see the unit we were renting last year and opted to show us the demo home which was well made and completely different than what we got. When you pay so much for a place thats already quite far from campus you shouldn’t have to do maintenance requests for the apartment. The place should be up to par as what was advertised and none less. When we complained we were told that we had to file all these maintenance requests so it would be fixed. These issues shouldn’t have to be something you should have to fix or file yourself and it should be already fixed prior to moving in. They also only have one maintenance man. Called their emergency line when we had to major leak in the bathroom and to my surprise nobody picked up on that end. Staff has no interest in accommodating the needs of the tenants. Attached is a photo of the leak. The fixture could've fallen on us at anytime.

I love living here.
The neighborhood has lots to offer and I really love having my washing machine and dryer in my apartment instead of going downstairs and paying to use one. Just signed up for next year - the staff was really helpful.

I have been here now for a year and half and the start was a little rock while the construction guys finished the building for the first couple of months but it has been perfect since then. I love this place and love how big my apartment is and all the extra stuff there is to do in the building. All the community events are great and I have met a few new friends from the events.
