Great community. Very safe. Huge 3 floor open concept, and laundry hook ups in the basement or washer and dryer available on site for a fee.
Rent is affordable but hydro is expensive $500/month in winter due to lack of insulation. Also, you better hope you get quiet neighbors because you hear everything. When there''s a problem, the secretary is very slow at looking into it or she''s out of the office ALL the time.
This is a co-op community where you are responsible for the maintenance of the outdoor property (cut your own lawn, shovel your own snow) as well as common areas. Don''t move here if you''re not prepared to take care of your responsibilities or else you get fined.
