Cheap Rent, Mostly let us do what we wanted
Stole money and refused to give last months rent. No fire extinguisher, plumbing is messed up, never fixed it. Will try to make you pay for everything as you move out. Hired a roofer without a permit and gave tenants no warning, roofer then damaged vehicles by throwing shingles onto them. No breakers in the units, forced us to pay cash. Threatened to evict tenants because one moved out, even giving 3 months notice.
