I had to write a review on 22 Longworth Avenue because my experience does not match up with the only other review on here. My apartment at this one hundred year old property had lots of character with a great, large bay window that let lots of sun in. I winterized my apartment and found the electric heat very manageable. The landlords were great to deal with. I loved this apartment and was sorry to have to move off island and leave it behind.

The apartment had some nice character as it was an older home.
The landlords did not provide sincere concern when living conditions of the apartment were compromised. The cost to heat the unit was unreal and still never had a warm apartment (even with additional space heaters).
