Very bad building to rent an apartment, there are lots of bugs in the building. It is very dirty. The garbage is not cleaned on time, thus the tenants leave their bags with garbage at the door at the garbage tunnel. The washing machines are extremely dirty, it is absolutely unacceptable to use them. The windows are terrible, you pay very high bills for electricity because the heating goes away. Very old appliances, which consume lots of energy, also hit you financially. The janitors are very aggressive, just as the new administration.
