very bad experience, the management not friendly at all, there is no noise insulation, No privacy, neighbors smoke weed all the time, they will charge 100$ a year for every air conditioning you want to install, laundry and the washer and dryer are dirty most of the time. In general, it is not a good place for family

Quiet area, Right across from George Springate Center, Lots of summer time festivals.
Takes a long time to get things done. Repairs and Such. Communicate is not always there.
