This location is a duplex with 3 units (the unit downstairs was split into 2, so the basement is separated). Our landlord is super chill & easy to work with as long as you both respect & understand each other. He's always been very helpful & manages the repairs whenever something occurs, sometimes he is out of town on business but as soon as he gets back into town, we're the 1st priority to work on. The repairs are always minor & very easy to live with. Temperature insulation could use some rework but it's never been a huge problem. Very nice neighborhood area, quiet & lots of families around. If I didn't have to move under some personal circumstances, I wouldn't be moving at all!!
