POOR Management. The land lord never return calls.
The Janitor procrastinates approximately a month for every request for action.
The laundry is disgusting and is never cleaned.
The common places are barely cleaned once every 3 months. And even then not adequately cleaned.
The garage is never cleaned and when it's warm it stinks (especially in the summer) due to the garbage containers that stand in the garage.
The storage is dark and we need a torch to get in and see our furniture which makes it hard to organize.
The apartments are actually nice inside.
The laundry is just disgusting and NEVER cleaned. I prefer to wash my laundry elsewhere.

I rented this apartment due to an urgent need during Winter and now I deeply regret It. Under a different janitor/management my experience could easily have been much better. I encourage you to ask how long management of the units have been there before you rent. If the janitor/manager is different you may have a quality experience.
