Just moved here and already hate it. The janitor puts off repairs until you remind him multiple times, then does it with an attitude and excuse. Call the owners right away (she's really nice) and save yourself the trouble of dealing with him.
The building is pretty NOISY, too, but it's extremely 420 friendly. People do drugs right in the hallways, garage and stairwells and nobody has a problem with it.
There are only two washers and dryers in the LAUNDRY ROOM for about 30 apartments in this building and anther 30 for the building next door, so it's easier to take your stuff 3 blocks away to the laundry mat.
The place is generally kept clean, but it's better for STUDENTS who like 420 and NOISE and having neighbours move in and out every month.

Nice building, big rooms.
Current (new) super is the laziest fuck you will meet. Apartment has zero soundproofing, zero smoke/smell resistance, so everyone has to be very respectful. Unfortunately, with the newer fucks this useless super is letting in, it''s become a 24-7 kegger, doper and smoker''s paradise.
Don''t move here.
