Closet to Downtown.
To many to list, Horrobly hot in summer + 35 inside, Airconditioners dont work cause the breakers are to small and pop everytime your turn them on. You hear your neighboors sneeze, forget about having that sexy time with your partner... you might as well do it on the balcony... atleast you will not be knee deep in sweat cause its waaaay to hot year long.
Elevators take atleast 10 minutes to bring you down as only one out of 3 ever works.... Place is dirty and only the lobby and the rental office look or smell good.
For the price you are better of with the building behind....
Look somewhere else! PLEASE
