Once the place was cleaned up by us it was pretty nice, good living room space and kitchen space, bedroom sizes slightly above average.
Could always here a baby crying for hours straight upstairs. As it is in longueuil, the location can be inconvienant if you''re taking public transit. For the size apt we got (5 1/2) we got a good price. Cats allowed only. The worst remark I have to say is that the landlady is a real problem when it comes to respecting your space. When we announced our leaving, she starting inviting unannounced (or last second announced, which is illegal and even when we told her not to do this she continued anyways) visitors with or without us being there. She started making complaints about issues she never had with us before as if she was angry for moving out. I do not recommend this landlady to anyone!!
