It's a good enough neighborhood, not the best or the worst in Longueuil. Landlord is absent and you will deal only with his employees. In the interest of brevity, let us say that I do not recommend. They say "beton" but noise travels incredibly in this building; you will hear your neighbor blow their nose in your bathroom. If you have a problem, they will take forever to get around to it... I spent the first two months constantly having to call the concierge to have my door buzzer hooked up to my phone, which after the fifth time calling in two months with no urgency on their side, was but the first and least of my problems with them. I will not go into more detail because they are lawyer happy as well; suffice to say STAY AWAY.
