This building was so disgusting I couldn’t stand living there anymore. There was often a terrible smell of rot and mould in the walls. The stairways and hallways stank and were never cleaned. There were gum-like balls of black stuck to the floors. The walls “sweated”. Paint job needed. You couldn’t call the landlord because it became a numbered company. There was no janitor. only someone to take out the garbage once a week. Sometimes that didn’t happen. The garage was always overflowing with garbage. Not enough bins. The fire escapes were also filthy and the doorways from here did’t open outwards in winter—snow not cleared. Front door often didn’t close or open properly and left unlocked. Garage door always broken and left open. The electrical system had not been replaced since it was built—I had extension cords catch fire. Harbor, the management company absolutely useless.
Don’t move here!

He can be friendly if he wants.
CS neglects the building.
rent here is cheap by Montreal standards but the building is not maintained at all. The stairways, front entrance and garage are filthy. garbage in the garage overflows since there''s only two small bins -- this is also where the washer and dryer are kept (no laundry room). The front door does''nt lock properly.
