Was promised a new screen door before signing the lease, which was proven by communication via text with the superintendent, which later lied and tried to say that he didn't agree to it, even though the proof.
The condition of the patio door is worse than the screen with a huge hole in it, which the building right out told me that they wouldn't be replacing it. Water comes in when it rains and air.
My cat caught a live mouse that came out of a hole in the wall.
The back stairs are a death trap, so you really only have 1 way in and no other way out unless you want to chance walking down stairs that are in extremely bad shape.
The landlord owns 2 buildings that he does nothing to them.
