My bad experience with this landloard might make my commentary biased to the negative, his parents who live on the bottom floor are very nice Greek people, who would sometimes even share fruits and vegetable from the garden. However, the estate belonged to their son, who was really two faced about how he would proceed with business. To his defense he has dealt with a bunch of incompetent tenants but there is no reason to treat badly my dad and i after 10 years of residing in his duplex.
He never repaired anything and always looked for the cheap way out. He never repaired our unit since he knew we weren''t going anywhere. Near the end, he started slurring racist comments to my dad and blaming us for the state of the apartment while the real reason was due to his negligence. He called me on New years day 3 hours before countdown to threaten to sue my dad and I. Really hard to deal with and very aggressive. I would strongly recommend anger management to this man.
