Great area. good cafes, bars, groceries all nearby.
Incredibly loud building. Tenants in the building, no matter how hmuch you let them know that they are playing Cranberries songs on there guitar at 5 in the morning they don''t seem to understand that noise carries easily through the floors. No sound insulation and inconsiderate neighbours basically means you will not rest at all while living here.
