This building is managed terribly. If you value sleep, this appartment building is not for you. Its filled with students(the kind that dont really care about school...alcohol and marijuana smoked regularly in hallways.) and has strange things ongoing. I think someone is renting like a lot of the appartments as an airbnb, so security is def. an issue as you have no idea whos in n out., Noise at all times of day and night. it doesnt help the building has ZERO sound proofing. You can hear all your neighbours next to you and above you! Its crazy! Not having hot water at random days every month is not fun either. Zero insulation or updates. Sleazy janitors. People are moving out all the time for prob the same reasons as I left. Too bad, great location. Next to metro but too much headache for a place that's not cheap. Only advantage is location.

courtyard was always well kept
Very noisy especially during the summer when the restaurant is open in the courtyard. Also, they seem a bit unorganized with management as they had the same code as the building access code.... Downtown especially... you would expect them to be more on top of it to help with security
