All around nice apartment. Very close to Jolicoeur Metro and close to the highway so very easy access. Big window in the living room brings in lots of light. Bathroom is the oldschool type so plumbing isn't stellar (clogs often). Had issues with frozen pipes in the winter..maybe this has been resolved since. Plaster walls with crown moulding details. Washer/Dryer in the storage room in the basement.. access through a sketchy enclosed staircase in the back. No privacy on the balcony.. but many parks nearby.
