Please avoid! It has no noise insulation at all! You will be fucked up by the noise 24 hours a day! I’m serious.

Pre-existing issues as I moved in:
*Cockroach infestation
*Bathroom door doesn't close properly (put a hook to keep it closed)
*Kitchen cupboards crooked as all hell and don't stay closed either
*Utensil drawer in kitchen missing a track, have to violently fight with it to open it

Issues that persisted during my year living here(and were never fixed):
*Everything above
*Leaking drain (have to put a tupperware and empty it every so often)
*Smoke from Apt below seeps into mine
*Landlord will be an asshole when you make a complaint that seems unreasonable
*Landlord will flirt with female tenants or girlfriends of male tenants (sometimes even through txt)
*When it gets REALLY cold (it does) wind will get into apt and make it too cold to hang out at home in light clothing. Tell LL, he'll tell you to "get your mother" if you wanna be warm.

One-time issues:
*Locked myself out of my room and apparently LL doesn't keep a copy of all room keys so has to vandalize my door to help me get in
*LL was unclogging drain from Apt above and broke some piping,

Annoying things about Apt:
*Close to Cote-Des-Neiges street where sirens go off from Firetrucks and whatnot several times a day
*Windows on one side face another building so you're forced to close blinds and whatnot to keep some decent privacy
*No bathroom fan so any dust and whatnot sticks to floor and makes it hard to keep clean when taking showers because of steam and condensation
*The landlord barging in with police when someone claims they have stuff of theirs in your Apt
