Landlady does not respond to requests in a timely manner. I was also told she is not really the landlady but, just the janitor. Her repairs (when she does them) consist of a rubber band for a washer and trying to tighten an already stripped screw. There is windows missing, the balconies are rotten, the pipes constantly bleed rust and the whole building stinks of weed. This is a building where the cockroaches, bed bugs and mice are right at home.

Nothing positive to say. Promised us a clean appartment but failed to keep the promise.
When we checked out the appartment (3 1/2) we asked her if there had been any problems with bugs, rats ect.. she said no never, as we were moving in our furniture, a neighbour warned us this building had been infested for years with roaches and bed bugs. We didnt believe him and moved in anyways. 3 weeks later, my partner and I were being eaten alive by bed bugs and found roaches in the staircase. We asked her to treat her whole building but she only treated our place. We went back to our parents house and slowly atarted packing our belongings. We asked her to vreak the lease she said yes just pay for the month of august. So we paid for a month and havent slept one night in the appt in during that month. Mid august, we received a call adking to get our stuff out but to leave the furniture, she had already packed our belongings for us but demanded we leave our furniture. We took our kitchen table and dresser and ahe freaked out saying she promised the next tennants she had furniture for them.. as we were unpacking in our new appartment (we found another CLEAN place) we noticed our toaster oven and other things were missing.. she saod she would investigate. I threaten to call the police on her and she opened the trunk of her car and gave me 3 bags of my stuff back.. which still wasnt everything she stole. Do not live here and do not trust Jocelyn (the landlord)
neighbours above us confirmed the building has been infested for over 7 years.
