I love the people who work in this building, they always have good attitude and they help as fast as they can. I think this is a new management so they are working hard on fixing as much as they can, unfortunately the building is a bit old and seems previous owners did not take good care of it, so some installations are usually in need of refurbish.
In general the apartment is comfortable, it would be perfect if it wasn't for the thin walls, it is possible to hear the neighbors most of the time, and the part I like the least is the laundry room, which is always flooded and every day there is a new broken machine, they are not well maintained and they're not even free. Washing machines usually smell like mold and are dirty, same for the dryers. The elevator always makes a noise when passing the 2nd floor it freaks me out.
People living here are honest and kind, I have never had any problem. The pool is clean and open most of the time, the gym is small but also it is decent.
For the heating, even is an old system I had never felt cold.
Some apartments have beautiful views, specially the ones facing East or North, the ones facing Papineau are noisy and with lots of smoke since its transit for heavy trucks.

Tout est propre et bien entretenu; Employé du building sympa.
Pourrai être un peu plus réactif aux petites requêtes.
Dans l''ensemble plutôt bon, et bien situé. Quartier animé.

Terrasse agréable. Piscine et sauna appréciable. Personnel et propriétaire peu réactifs face aux travaux
insonorisation de la porte d''entrée et du logement en général vraiment mauvaise. Personnel agréable
problèmes de punaises de lits qui a été bien géré par le propriétaire qui connait bien le problème et qui n,est pas retissent à payer l''intervention de l''exterminateur.
