Ideal location, things were repaired in a timely fashion, generally everything worked properly.
If you don''t mind a bit of noise and tenants that like to party a little, this is the place for you.
I disliked that my balcony was connected to a fire-escape that goes all the way to the alley below. The landlord is not respectful of your private space if there are things to be done in the apartment. She would bring people to view the apartment without telling me whether or not I was there. Maintenance on the balcony took 4 days instead of 1 and they made a lot of noise during the day.
The other tenants were loud. My downstairs neighbour regularly had raves and played the bass at all times of day/night, next door neighbour played music all the time and my other neighbour smoked in his apartment.
Not the place for you if you''re looking for a really private space.
