The price is not too bad.
Extremely loud neighbor, the sound goes into every room of the house. Active Mold on walls, rodents in ceiling and walls.
Not very happy with the communication and deal made after we left the apartment. Made us pay for an extra month and 7 days even if we didn''t live there, but never did anything to clear the problems with the condition of the building and the really loud guy next door with the constant parties and loud talking
