The best experience I ever had when it comes to renting an apartment. The only reason I'm leaving is because I'm buying a place, nothing else would've made me wanna move.
The owner is always available to help and accomodate however he can. I really felt cared for and watched after living there, which was amazing for two girls living alone. The neighborhood is incredible, everything's close. It's the perfect apartment to me, I highly recommend it.

I didn't like that, when I informed my landlord I was leaving, he was suddenly interested in doing the repairs in the apartment (holes in the ceiling, entrance door very crooked, too old bathtub), I struggled having the 24hour notice respected for the visits of the apartment, and he even authorized the workers into my apartment without telling me, and damaged some of my belongings.
The location is great though, washer/dryer in the basement, new windows and central A/C system.
