If you ever have to rent from this guy, I hope nothing ever gets broken because trust that it will never get repaired. A crack in the living room window which has been there since we moved lets the freezing air in in the winter and can't open so in the summer the heat is excruciating. The plumbing is constantly clogged and we had to go three weeks with the lights out in the bathroom. There is mold everywhere and the paint is peeling because of the absence of a furnace heart. Constant noise coming from below from children running to domestic fights.

The good thing is that youre not under this guy
The worst is that he never fixes anything, including a leaking roof until it actually caved in and I could see outside from my living room. He also makes a tonne of noise late in the evening.
