Worst landlord ever , had moisture because of the apartment on top of me and they never came to repair or lowered my rent. I was not able to live there for 7 months !!!!
They signed the lease and said the hole in the bathroom would be repaired ! Took a picture the July 7th !!
They also lied to the people who were getting my appartment, by tellng them my fridge and my oven was going with the apartment

Cheap Rent near university, very tranquil since it''s in the Hassidic Community
Tenants are compulsive hoarders and accumulates junk in the basement which led to a bedbug problem and problems with the fire department.
Tenants do repairs but they are always cheaply made. Balcony is falling appart
Dont rent !
