He was always polite but he is crafty haha just be smart and not gullible and you can work with him.
Promised a lot but not on the lease so if you visit ask a lot of questions and make sure everything he promises is stated on your lease! You need to be on him, calling him all the time to get things fixed.
The long wall running through the apartment is not noise insulated so you can hear practically everything next door when in the kitchen or hallway or bedroom if door is open. If you close the bedroom doors the noise is minimal, but still heard. The street is quiet and I never had any problem with breaking or damages to my car.
