The apartment is furnished and less than ten minutes from the Vendome station on the orange line.
The landlord will enter the house without 24 hours notice as well as does not give receipts for any monetary transaction. This is not a house for people who don''t like dogs as the landlords dogs are in the front yard often and are not friendly. There are mice in the apartment as well as rodent carcasses.
