Top floor, 2 balconies. Beautiful dark floors, 5 appliances. 2 decent bedrooms, living room, and extra room. The landlords are amazing. Downstairs is an Airbnb type rental. Location is fantastic by the canal, Charlevoix metro.
Sound insolation is amazing, unless it's the rental downstairs,sometimes, maybe.
