The apartment that I lived in was lovely - it was removed from the main building and accessible through a side door and was painted a very sweet shade of yellow. Lots of closet space and nice, high ceilings - a really lovely space.
The management of this building was absolutely awful and took away from my experience living in this space. Rather than being able to enjoy my home, I was constantly battling with the landlords over rent, broken laundry machines, turned-off water valves, very loud construction at all hours of the day and night, and massive leaks from the roof. I would strongly urge individuals to AVOID living here as a result of the poor management style.
