A nice spacious house in a good location but the landlord is an absolute nightmare. She lives in the basement and will give you a "warning" for every little noise you make.
She is very slow to respond unless it's something she wants and uses last resort threats as a first option. Living with her there is constantly stressful as you never know what will trigger her next flurry of angry texts or screaming outbursts.
She has had the police called on her twice in the 4 years I've been there and my roommate had to threaten to call the police to calm her down. Avoid at all costs.
If you do decide to to live there insist on dealing with her father. He is the co-owner and a much more reasonable, responsible and friendly landlord.
