I liked the neighborhood,There are many stores, groceries & parks.
I have nothing positive to say about the owner, he was very abusive, had extreme restrictions on so many things (ex: no kids allowed in your apartment,he would complain when friends would come visit .Laundry time was very restricted, he would even complain about noise when I was doing the dishes. He would call the police every week. You will never feel at home in the apartment as long as he is the owner. Note: I was a single tenant.
