Nice neighbourhood. Close to amenities and metro.
Landlord does minimum. Building is not clean. Landlords tries to bully you into giving post-dated checks. Usually have to run after landlord to get things done. Landlord raises rent to the max every year without upgrades. Building is poorly taken care of.
Appliances not included. Neither is heat / electricity. You have to insulate to not incur huge electricity bills in the winter.
