Hydro bill was high due to poor insulation between units. Neighbours upstairs are particular and can be heard easily. Parking is not ideal, especially in winter. Landlord is friendly, and involved if ever you need a repair or anything else. Good communication. Rent was reasonable. Originally told pets were OK by realtor and landlord- then upon moving in was told they were not allowed and had to sign additional document permitting them under new guidelines. Close to highways 20 & 13. Lots of bus stops in surrounding areas.
