Landlord has zero respect for tenants, expects current tenants to do her job in regards to making appointments and showing the place to future prospective tenants (even though current tenants are leaving at end of lease, not breaking lease), and wants nothing to do with the property or the tenants outside of collecting rent. Doesn''t paint between tenants, doesn''t clean between tenants. Apartment has ZERO noise insulation; can hear everything downstairs neighbors are doing, and they can hear everything you do.
Entire upper duplex is crooked, floors are slanted, doorways are slanted. Front balcony is slanted downwards (scary!), and front railings are not up to code.
