The concierge gave us a dirty apartment and when we requested for the apartment to be cleaned, he got mad and started to yell at us. We spoke with other tenants and they also have issues with him. Run away from this building. (the marks concerning the apartment are not significant because we stayed there just few days).

Concrete building, pretty calm tenants and noise isolation is good. Lots of light on the top floor (3rd) north side and any floor on the west side.
A little slow on non-urgent repairs (has a lot of work with other tenants). A little on the expensive side.
It''s worth visiting.
