the rent is not too high
landlord is never present unless it''s the 1st of the month to collect rent. the building is not well maintained nor cleaned unless he is showing to potential tenants. repairs and regular upkeep is almost non existant and makes promises that he never keeps. when you ask to have something repaired he gets very angry and you can not reason with him.insolation is poor so it is very cold in the winter and also beacuse of the lack of insolation sound travels and there is alot of noise.
it''s a shame it is a nice building with alot of potential but unfortunately the landlord only cares about money. he increases the rent every year but doesn''t do any maintenance to justify the increase. he owns the building beside with the same issues
