The apartment is beautiful, spacious and in an amazing location near Segal''s and a dep and st laurent. the landlord is great as well, although he travels a lot. He is good for responding to tenant''s needs in a timely manner and repairs. And he is chill as long as you communicate with him.
The apartment was too expensive for me. I also found that with all the space it was difficult to make it "homey". However I hear the landlord is renovating it to make it a 3 bedroom instead of 2. Neighbours are also kind of loud.
Great apartment if you don''t mind the price!
