Landlord is nice and mostly reasonable. Apartment is big and beautiful. Great location! Close to the mountain, and there is laundry and groceries nearby.
Landlord does not do repairs, or when he does, does not do properly. He will try to raise the rent illegally, but just sign the lease and then talk to him about it and you can strike a deal. He is a nice, hands-off landlord. The apartment is super drafty in the winter, you will either freeze or pay a lot in hydro.
