Rent was cheap.
NR is a neglecting person that obviously does not understand the concept of water infiltration.
Never repaired a single thing in the apartment. We had a condition upon the signature of the lease agreement which he never respected, and it was to get the roof done. We left after a year with bronchitis and pneumonia because of the water infiltration, improper insulation and heating problems (as in the electric heating was broken when heating at the max... I let you imagine what it was like to be on the third floor in June).
