Anytime you have any concern about the apartment, landlord is not available, and when they listen to your problem, they will come to see after months because they are busy with other customers. They have several apartments on Sax street and Marlboro and around. They never do any repairs, hence the rent is cheap so here is the catch. You will regret if you take any apartment here!!
