Worst renting experience I have ever had, management and owners are all talk no action, I have issues with mold and water infiltration for over 12 months, first attempts at repairs happened 9 months after my initial complaint. The quick fix solution was the way to go for them, but since the cause of the leaks was not managed properly the problem isn't solved. They are great at talking and promises, but execution..... the building is old and hasn't been well maintained at some point and it shows. Since the last big work was done (drain problem) I have mice. I have brought it up a couple of time (thinking that vermin was big enough of a problem to act promptly) I have been told it's "normal in Montreal" and I just have to set traps!

The spot is good close to both schools (french and english ones) right across the IGA the apartment is big--- still a water closet is an outdated thing, I thought I could live with it and I did fine, just sucks sometimes--- the heat is included and I didn't get cold...

So if you like a huge damp 2 bedroom apartment that is dark all the time among other issues, careless managers and owners this place might be right for you, it isn't for me...

Oh and even if you pay your rent and are nice.. do not expect references from "management".
