It has all the commodities nearby, a big, terrasse in the back and it''s close to the metro
The landlord is awful, he made us sign our lease under pressure after telling us that the man we paid rent to hadn''t given him any of it for THREE MONTHS. We had seen him within those three months and never did he mention anything wrong with the money not getting to him. He took us to the bank where we had to empty our account under threat of being evicted on the same day. We believe it was a set up to scam us into giving him more money. He then never made any of the reparations that the apartment obviously needed, sometimes coming in and out while we weren''t home, claiming he had every right to do so.
Avoid this landlord and his apartments like the plague. You''ll quickly realize you''ve made a huge mistake if you do. The place was well located and spacious, not to expensive either, but was not worth the hassle.
