Great area and decent price given the large size of the units. Was surprised by the noise isolation and neighbours have been great so far. It is an older building so you do get what you pay more but the cost savings make up for some of the outdatedness. Dishwasher is a big perk.

Landlord has walked into our apartment unannounced while we’re sleeping. They ILLEGALLY make you go through a website they have to request repairs, except when we do our floor doesn’t exist so we can’t submit anything.
Most things in the apartment are broken and they won’t fix anything. They wait until it is freezing to turn on the heat and they turn it off early spring at the first sign of a warm day, they don’t care if it’s cold the rest of the month.
I talked to the building manager through my door one day and he told me “things would be bad for me” if I didn’t open up. He had come unannounced and I wasn’t dressed.
They won’t get back to you about anything. When we signed the lease they tried to get us to sign a lease to a different apartment they wanted to rent out and they seemed annoyed when we pointed out the address on the lease was wrong. When we decided not to renew they contacted us to try and give us a different apartment while ignoring all my complaints about the building manager and state of the apartment.
These landlord are cheap and don’t care about the tenants. I would never live in any of their buildings again.

Great location and the apartment size is nice, but absolutely horrible landlords. Had a list of repairs that needed to be done before moving in, nothing done. Burst pipe with mold in the wall, didn't want to remove the mold. Do not answer emails, has not repaired any issues raised in the two years I've lived here, and has walked in unannounced for no reason (nothing relating to repairs). Most contact I've had was when I decided to move, they called me twice a week to ask to change my mind.

Love the area
Love the building and the appartement
Big, big rooms and renovated
Noise insulation is good considering the location (On Decarie)
Underground Parking available but for 80$ per month
Landlord hard to contact
Only thinks of money
Ask you to pay 2 months in advance
Isolation is bad
Price is pretty high
Nothing included and hydro extremelly expensive
