When I first moved in, the management seemed nice; they offered move in promotions and they were renovating the building. The problem is the renovation of the other apartments never ends, there is constant noise and workers outside the door. Meanwhile they won't fix my shower, that barely works. The step at the main entrance is still broken. There was a gas leak just outside my window, probably because of the construction. Instead of apologizing for the constant noise, they increase the rent; around $50 increase per month, for the new lease. (we have to pay for the construction) The heating is too hot; about 30c-35c, this is not safe if you leave a pet at home. They do have a call center for maintenance problems, but there is no manager that tenants can talk to. I still don't know if there will ever be a laundry room in this building. When I moved in, they promised a gym in the basement, but all I see is fruit flies around the laundry machines that are still in the garage. The location is very central, you definitely don’t need a car, but this building is a big disappointment and way overpriced.
