I lived here in 2011. There were 2 washers and 2 dryers. They were operated by tokens. You had to purchase the tokens from the concierge. He would often run out of tokens. After all the tokens were sold, there was no way to get more.
One of the dryers was constantly broken. The concierge did not care about anything. He was a bully and would intimidate the older residents.
One time I came home to find Bell salespeople in the entrance way. They were opening the door for everyone. No keys required that day! (Eye roll).
Overall, terrible experience. I stayed only one year.
