Very professional- the landlord lives and works at the telefax next door, making it easy to contact him. Theoretically, the internet and house phoneline included in the rent is a great deal. Living next to Parc Beaubien in the summer is wonderful!
We had continuous problems getting a reliable internet connection (included in the lease- landlord owns telecommunications business). I definitely got the feeling that we were getting less service than his regular clients, or if we had gone to videotron or bell. The place is also in need of a few cosmetic repairs.
