Big organisation with no shame of just taking your rent and pride themselves by providing lousy services.
There are no communications between the customer service and the service crew. When asked about an update on the service status and leaving down contact number....9 times out of 10, calls were not returned by the service crews about the status.
There was a day where there was no water for a whole day and no explanation was given as to why there was no water for the whole day. I went to bed without a shower!
And when they say that there will be a water shutdown , but it wasn't shut and you will be left wondering at when the water will be shut down. Trust me...you DO NOT want to stay here. I'm very happy that I am moving out!
