Metro station and all services closeby.
The building is dirty. We had to repair a few things ourselves when we moved in. We had mice, pipes froze when temperature dropped below 0 and it was very hard to keep the place warm because of the poor isolation. The landlord is basically just taking your money and not caring about anything else.

Good part of Montreal... Next to a metro station and all the necessities
I never ever saw my landlord since she doesn''t live in Montreal... Never came to fix small issues we had in the appartment
