Beautiful newly renovated apartment, good size, good natural light. Rent is a bit high, parking can be difficult in the winter- but reasonable in the summer. Hydro is a little expensive due to basement space, lots of storage, 2 full bathrooms. Nice condition, shared backyard with high fence. Issues with pets. Some pipes freeze in the winter. Neighbours are nice, there is a depanneur right in front for convenience.
